چکیده

Abstract In the present article, we propose and analyze a new mathematical model for predator–prey system including following terms: Monod–Haldane functional response (a generalized Holling type IV), term describing anti-predator behavior of prey populations one an impulsive control strategy. particular, establish existence condition under which has locally asymptotically stable prey-eradication periodic solution. Violating such condition, turns out to be permanent. Employing bifurcation theory, some conditions, stability positive solution occur but its becomes unstable, are provided. Furthermore, numerical simulations proposed given confirm obtained theoretical results.

Analysis of a delayed predator-prey system with Holling type-IV functional response and impulsive diffusion between two patches

Due to the extensive existence of time delay for natural population, it is necessary to take the effect of time delay into account in forming a biologically meaningful mathematical model. In view of this, a delayed predator-prey system with Holling type-IV functional response and impulsive dispersal between two patches is formulated. By using comparison theorem of impulsive differential equatio...

Global dynamics of a predator-prey system with Holling type II functional response∗

Abstract. In this paper, a predator-prey system with Holling type II functional response and stage structure is investigated. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equations, the local stability of each of feasible equilibria of the system is studied. The existence of the orbitally asymptotically stable periodic solution is established. By using suitable Lyapunov functions and the LaSal...

Dynamic Analysis of an Impulsively Controlled Predator-Prey Model with Holling Type IV Functional Response

The dynamic behavior of a predator-prey model with Holling type IV functional response is investigated with respect to impulsive control strategies. The model is analyzed to obtain the conditions under which the system is locally asymptotically stable and permanent. Existence of a positive periodic solution of the system and the boundedness of the system is also confirmed. Furthermore, numerica...

Bifurcation and Stability Analysis in Dynamics of Prey-Predator Model with Holling Type IV Functional Response and Intra-Specific Competition

This paper deals with the dynamical behaviour of discrete Prey-Predator model with Holling type IV involving intra-specific competition. This model represents mathematically by nonlinear differential equations. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness solutions of this model were investigated. The locally asymptotic stability conditions of all possible equilibrium points were obtained. The sta...

Complex dynamics of a Holling-type IV predator-prey model

In this paper, we focus on a spatial Holling-type IV predator-prey model which contains some important factors, such as diffusion, noise (random fluctuations) and external periodic forcing. By a brief stability and bifurcation analysis, we arrive at the Hopf and Turing bifurcation surface and derive the symbolic conditions for Hopf and Turing bifurcation in the spatial domain. Based on the stab...
